ist there any solution to connect a Windows phone 8 or 8.1 device to Avalanche 6.1 AoD without using that LANDESK mobility Manager 9.5
That Prov.xml enrollement only work for Windows 8 embedded handheld?

CERDisp - Display and control your Windows CE device from your desktop
CERDisp - Display and control your Windows CE device from your desktop
You can use CERDisp (attached) to connect to your Windows CE / Windows Mobile terminal over active sync and display its screens in a window. You can also use the mouse and keyboard on the desktop to remote control the device the same as if you were using the popup PDA keyboard and the stylus.
The program uses activesync to transfer data between your device and the desktop.
To install and use it, follow these steps:
- Download the RemoteDSP.exe to your desktop
- Activesync the device to your desktop
- On the desktop, run RemoteDSP.exe
- It will install CERDisp on the desktop and onto the activesync'ed device
- On the desktop, run CERDisp
- On the device, run CERDisp, select Connect and enter the IP address on the desktop
- Once connected, you will see the device screen on the desktop CERDisp window. You can use the keyboard and mouse to control the device.

Double click - F-button
Dear Naurtech team,
we use in our BMW plant in China more than 341 Naurtech license for the device “Omnii™ XT15” actually.
We have actually the problem (only in the Naurtech Browser) if we make a double click with the F button we get a white screen with the browser loading process status, nothing else:
We have to disconnect and reconnect the session and we have to logon in SAP to go further with our process.
We take the Naurtech browser for ITSmobile in SAP. We have this issue only in the Naurtech browser and not in other browsers.
Maybe you can support us or you can send us an script for the Naurtech browser to solve the very critical issue.
Please let me know if you need any further information of the hardware and software etc.

ConnectPro Log File Entry Definition: I/O completion errors / Dismantling Client link / Host Selection OK / Deleting Session
Environment:
- Wavelink TelnetCE or Industrial Browser with Connect Pro
Issue:
You are getting one of the following errors in your Connect Pro Logs
- I/O completion errors
- Dismantling Client link
- Host Selection OK
- Deleting Session
Definition of those log entries:
- I/O completion errors indicate a dropped network connection.
- This may be a network error or a clean disconnect. Both actions fall outside the parameters of Connect Pro.Essentially, something happened to close the socket on the client-to-proxy connection. This is a notification message that the client-to-proxy connection closed. The proxy-to-host connection should still be intact so that when they reconnect, they will arrive where they left off. Again Connection aborted is either the user ended the session or it timed out.
- "Dismantling Client link", this just means the proxy Is making room for a new connection.
- Host Selection OK:
- Is showing an existing session.
- Deleting Session
- Is cleaning information about a host

How to use trepro to test tenet based WMS system issue
Description:
Trepo is a tool which can access WMS system and check connection
General Step:
1, Install trepo.exe on your computer
2,Click Load Trace, import the log file gathered from customer WMS system
3, The server address should be the computer address which the Trepro running now
4, Select the Emulation Type and Server language on the device.
5, Click Send +Next button while the TE reach the Trepro. You can get the current connection status right now.

Unable to load software configuration in Avalanche 6.1
Recent fresh upgrade to 6.1. Still maintaining separate server for 5.3 until 6.1 is configured. Windows Server 2012 R2. Installed Flash/Java/FireFox. Everything is talking as it should with the db and console.
I am unable to launch the configuration for the first device I am trying to setup. I get a prompt to open Java. I get the Wavelink configuration window, I choose what configuration utility I want to launch. My browser dims and I get a dialog box stating Java Web Start launcher is running and the page will refresh once closed.
I have tried in both IE 11 and in FireFox. I've read that IE 11 doesn't work because Microsoft doesn't support Java any longer. Any tips or hints will be appreciated. Thanks.

install Wavelink on MC9090
Hi All,
Brand new to this. I have my MC9090 hooked up to my Server via USB in the cradle. I installed Wavelink StudioCOM and when I hit click on Load Client it asks for a Wavelink Client File. Don't know what that is but am I doing this right and if so where do I get this file?

From the original install to the latest stuff
At Ivanhoe Group we have a legacy Wavelink Client who needs to migrate from TE on their Symbol WWS1040s DOS platform to a windows Mobile 6.1 or CE 6.0 handheld units. I see this scenario happening - they throw out their old hardware, the hex files go with it - they ignore the old TE install on the host and just plug in the new Avelanche with remote control.
Please must do this all the time - not quite this dated but an upgrade none the less. Can anyone describe in a few sentences what needs to take place here. Thank you

In the server i see 8 licences but a can't use more of 4 simultaneously, i recieve a message "User Limit Reached"

OS Update package creation
I am having some issues building a package for Windows CE 7 Operating System Deployment. I have the OS Update files from Zebra, but I am not able to create a package to deploy them to the devices that already have Avalanche installed. The only way I can do it right now is by installing manually? IS there a method of creating a package using the OS update files I already have. I was initialy trained on Avalanche over a year ago and we just started deployment this year so I am not up to speed on how to do package creation;

Emulator 5250 Session Terminated
Good morning,
We have been facing an ongoing issue with our scanners randomly disconnecting users from their sessions with the message "AS400 session has been terminated". It happens at completely random times and has no pattern, rhyme or reason about it.
The wireless has been tested extensively and was actually updated this past year. I have personally stood in the areas and walked through the areas of the facility for hours while our network admin monitored my connection. I never dropped wireless once, and the connection to AS400 never went down, either. I have also verified that the scanner will have wireless connection when the session terminates. So the APs are ruled out.
I have read multiple accounts of setting keep alive parameters and rekey issues with SSH, but this is apart from that because it can work for hours without ever terminating the session. At other times I have seen a session terminate six times in thirty minutes.
I have attempted contacting the manufacturer of our scanners, but we only have hardware warranty.
I appreciate any and all help I can get, I'm by no means an AS400/5250 Emulator professional.
I'm just a lowly helpdesk technician and my manager kind of dumped this into my lap after attempting to fix it for two-three months.
If I can provide any further information, let me know. I will actively watch this forum and respond as fast as I can.

barcode scanner on telnetCE, device intermec CN51
Hello
ii worked before on cn70 and telnetce, but now i received new intermec cn51.
Installed:
WLTE_UNI_WM65_LANG_7_3_225_AS.exe
on telnetCE, barcode scanner dont write data, outside TelnetCE screen, works fine
changed this parameters but no luck
Emulation Parameters:
1. Scanner then Common and "Disable Scanner" to YES
2. Scanner then Common and "Use Scanner As Keyboard Wedge" to ENABLE
could you help me?

Wavelink TelnetCE User agent parameter.
I am setting up multiple different RF devices using the Wavelink industrial browsers.
The devices all have different physical screen sizes.
So I would like to add the parameter called WEB User Agent to distinguish between the different devices.
The problem is that I am unsure how to then get my server to recognize these different identifiers to output the correct screen layout.
Is there a specific piece of code that I need t add to either my devices or my server to output the correct display?

License error on CETERM client but the server is showing a license file for the MAC address

RS507 bluetooth scanner locking up
I am using a Zebra WT41N0 and a RS507 bluetooth scanner, I am also using a TE applications and an AS400 has the host. The issue that I am having is that the user will be working and moving along just fine, they scan a barcode and then nothing happens, the scanner will not product a beam. When I remove and reinsert the battery I get the start up LED's and then it goes back to doing nothing. The only way to fix it is to have the user log out and then reboot the terminal and pair it again. Also the user will be working and the pairing barcode will pop up for unknown reason and asked to be paired again. I tested it with a fully charged battery and it happened to be. I put the scanner in pick list mode and enabled the low battery warnings but I did not get any warnings about battery getting low. Are there any ideas of what could be happening? Thanks
